Yes. You can upgrade from Pricing (linked from Plan & Billing in your profile). Canceling a paid plan returns you to Free at the next billing period. To switch between paid plans, use Manage billing in the Paddle customer portal. Family members can’t change the plan — ask the account owner. For refunds or billing help, email support@memoryshield.life.
Vault data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256 on Google Cloud. Extra item encryption is optional. MemoryShield holds the keys needed to complete trustee release after verification. That is how the life-check can work. This is not a zero-knowledge or client-side-only design.
