You may store digital assets (documents, passwords, letters, videos, etc.) in our encrypted vault. You retain full ownership of this content. We do not access or control your data.

4. Trustees

You may assign trusted individuals ("Trustees") to access specific vault contents under conditions you define. You are solely responsible for managing trustee assignments and permissions.

5. Wellness Checks & Verification

Our Services include automated wellness checks. If we reasonably determine, through your configured protocol, that you are deceased or incapacitated, we will initiate the trustee verification and release flow.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or content that violates laws or third-party rights

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee access, uptime, or release conditions.
